One on One


Dedicate an hour to yourself, your well being and your body. During a private Pilates session you will have the opportunity to focus within, find your strengths and overcome your limitations. During your session we will emphasize proper technique and customize a program to meet your specific goals and needs. Be prepared to use the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel during your workout.




Bring a partner, set a common goal and encourage each other during your workouts. You will witness the progress and reap the benefits together.


Small Groups


Add the social element to your workouts, by forming your own small group 4 people max. The program will be developed to suit your team’s needs. During these sessions you will enjoy working on the equipment as well.

Pre/Post Natal


Preparing your body for birth and after birth with Pilates excercises will help you feel re-aligned, centred and strong. Detailed information on the anatomy of the pelvic floor, abdominals and back, will leave you feeling empowered with the tools necessary for a successful birth and recovery.

Boomerang Pilates
Core Challenge
7:30 p.m.


Join us every Tuesday night at Boomerang Pilates for an intermediate level workout. In this class you will build on your previous Pilates experience. We will use a variety of props to challenge your endurance and strength. Stretching is incorporated throughout the class to focus on maintaining well balanced muscles, that are strong but not tight, and lengthened but not weak. Leave this workout feeling invigorated for the rest of your week!

In Office



Bring Pilates to your office, giving your colleagues and employees the gift of health.

We will work with you to design a specific program to best suit your needs, sessions can run between 4-8 weeks, as well as on-going classes. After these sessions you will notice the positive effects of physical and mental well being in everyone’s morale and productivity.
